Fortaleza Tequila Tasting
Fortaleza does everything the most old fashioned, inefficient, and flavorful way possible.  They cook their agaves in a stone oven, crush them with a Tahona wheel, ferment the juice in open wooden vats, and distill it to barely above proof on two tiny stills that are over a hundred years old.
